My family and I (all 22 of us) just got back from our Disney cruise! Betty helped us ALL every step of the way. She kept us updated on the ever changing procedures and even made sure we had a welcome letter waiting in our room. I can't be sure, but I'm pretty sure she snuck in telling them it was my birthday too because they sang to me the first night of the cruise. We had an absolute blast and I cannot wait to book my next vacation with Betty!
