To say Katie is the best is an absolute understatement! She went above and beyond to ensure a truly magical experience. She was incredibly communicative, organized and helpful. All reservations were booked and coordinated with tentative plans and tons of options and suggestions. She took the time to provide a “Disney tutorial” and walk me through our itinerary and familiarize me with the app. When we arrived we hit the ground running and had the best time knowing our safety net, Katie was only a message away for questions/concerns. As first time Disney goers having a planner was invaluable and I cannot imagine one more incredible than Katie!
From the first conversation with my family about our preferences to the minute we finished our vacation, Jen was unbelievably responsive. She took each family member’s wishes for what food to eat and what type of ride we wanted into account and planned a flawless vacation for all of us! She made it so we were never waiting for rides or food. We went on every ride we wanted and saw all the best shows. It was all planned so that we were never zig-zagging around the park and getting exhausted because of having to run to the next thing. She arranged for my milestone birthday to be celebrated by cast members. There were just so many magical moments where we said out loud as a family that it had to have been arranged by Jen. Hearing my teenagers say it was the best vacation we’ve ever taken is the highest compliment Jen can get. I highly recommend anyone let Jen take the stress and worry out of planning a vacation. We just had to show up, throw on our ears and have a worry-fee, perfectly amazing time!!
A first time Disney traveler is nerve wracking enough, but then add 14 additional family members to the trip, and you have what could have been a very stressful week! Lori, and her fabulous travel expertise, made our trip anything but stressful! From the minute we started working with Lori, she was responsive to our every need, knowledgeable in all areas of travel, and extremely organized. She had our entire week planned out for us, from dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, to entertainment for all ages of our crew. Lori made sure that we were prepared with all of the information we needed to have a successful trip! Her color coded folders, her daily itineraries, the park maps, parking information and small Disney trinkets for the kids, were just some of the many ways she went above and beyond for our vacation. We would definitely recommend Lori Vogt and her travel services to anyone looking to make fun family memories!
Jennifer helped plan a family vacation for us recently. There were single ladies like me and my cousin that wanted to go out and experience drinking around the world and other adult events. There was also my brother’s family who had two younger children. And my mother who is sensitive to the heat -- did I mention we were going in August! Jen was able to navigate all of our needs and work to arrange a trip that accomplished everyone’s wishes and goals for the trip!
Honestly any review I give about Jennifer is an understatement. She was not only attentive to every aspect of what we wanted out of a vacation, she gave us tips and suggestions that worked perfectly within our budget and vision of the perfect Disney vacation. We booked last minute to get the free dining, and I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a room, since a lot of resorts had reached their max on the package. She was able to find us a room in Coronado Springs, which is now my most favorite resort I've ever been to. We decided at the last minute to have a character breakfast at Crystal palace. I could not find one in the time period we wanted, Jennifer found us a reservation in the exact time frame we wanted. There are many stories like this, where she just came in clutch for us.
Jennifer made us feel like we were the only clients she was working with, and everything we wanted was taken care of. I recommend her to anyone booking a Disney trip, whether you are a Disney veteran or a first timer. The best part is that her services are free to you.
We are expecting a little one soon, and you better believe when we are ready for our next trip for 3, she will be the person we go to!
Working with Juliana on our first family Walt Disney World trip was as easy as it was fun!
Juliana listened to our wishlist items for the trip and delivered on all of them, whether it was finding a budget-friendly hotel or securing fastpasses for must see attractions. When our in-laws decided to join us on our trip, Juliana seamlessly added them to our itinerary and secured us all additional discounts at the same time!

Honestly the best experience from start to finish. Lee was super friendly, very responsive and made sure our trip went smoothly. He is truly amazing at what he does and treated us like family. Always went above and beyond to make sure we kept up with the Disney trends, which places to go and took the time to explain anything we needed.
Even on vacation he made sure we were all taken care of and if we had questions always recommending.

Amanda planned our vacation form start to finish she did the most amazing job. I have no idea how she did it but it was amazing from arrival checking in to every ride and dinners with no problems at all. Absolutely amazing how she planned it and the dinners at the times she did and we never had to wait. We are using her to plan your next vacation in October.
We just got back from Disney World last week and I have got to say… I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST AND CRYING WITHOUT AMANDA’S HELP!!!!
I have never been to Disney before and was feeling super overwhelmed. Amanda gave me clear directions on what I needed to make sure I completed first. Her suggestions on which parks and rides would be good for my 8 year old was so helpful for me as a newbie! (Her cute kids also give good suggestions on rides and snacks).
Amanda gave some money saving tips, time saving tips, and helped me figure out transportation to and from the airport and parks!
Amanda also checked in with me right before the trip and while on the trip PLUS was super helpful with any questions I had while I was there. I was nervous about being the only adult on the trip for the first time, but Amanda definitely helped me not feel alone!!

I wanted to send in a quick message singing the praises of Betty Harrell. She was incredibly helpful in planning our first Disney family vacation. Betty gave us such detailed, thorough information regarding resorts, parks and other Disney details so we were able to make the best decisions for our family trip. She was always quick to respond and stayed on top of everything for us from dining reservations, park tickets, MagicBand and Disney Genie + questions. The list goes on. My family and I (all 22 of us) just got back from our Disney cruise! Betty helped us ALL every step of the way. She kept us updated on the ever changing procedures and even made sure we had a welcome letter waiting in our room. I can't be sure, but I'm pretty sure she snuck in telling them it was my birthday too because they sang to me the first night of the cruise. We had an absolute blast and I cannot wait to book my next vacation with Betty!

Amanda was beyond incredible to work with and hands down one of the best parts of our trip. I had not been to Disney since I was a child, so planning this family vacation seemed overwhelming. I stumbled across Amanda's name and contact information on my local Next-Door App. On a whim I decided to give her a call and she made the magic happen. Amanda planned everything from our lodging (calling the Animal Kingdom Lodge numerous times to request a Savannah view room for my kids) to our meals and excursions.
We are so grateful for Katie’s help!! Katie took all the stress of planning a Disney trip off our shoulders! She is a great communicator, and knows Disney extremely well. She uses her wealth of knowledge to make your vacation the best it could possibly be. She is very thorough in all the details, which was super helpful when traveling with young kids.
