Hi, I’m Nicky!

“Hakuna Matata” means no worries—and worrying is the last thing you should do when planning the vacation of your dreams. That’s where I come in.

My name is Nicky Balda, and I’ve proudly been a travel advisor with Kingdom and Cruise Travel for the past five years. I live in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with my husband, our two daughters, and our three dogs. Traveling and making magical memories with my own family is what inspired me to help other families do the same.

You could definitely say I’m a Disney fanatic, but my passion for Disney travel is backed by experience and training. I have completed Disney’s Silver Level Agent Education Program as well as the Master’s Agent Education Program, and I’ve participated in countless familiarization trips to Walt Disney World and Disneyland to continue expanding my knowledge so I can better serve my clients.

I was also honored to be selected as one of the first travel advisors to sail on a preview cruise aboard the brand-new Disney Destiny, giving me firsthand experience with Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship before it even welcomes its first guests.
